Job Introduction

We are looking for experienced loaders to join our purpose built, one million sq. ft. distribution centre in Amesbury, Wiltshire

The role will involve working to a planned delivery schedule loading role cages and chill boxes onto HGV trailers and Double Deckers using a scanning system. 

This is a full time, permanent position on a rotating shift pattern which covers any 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Available shifts include:

• Earlies – 6.00am – 2.00pm
• Lates  – 2.00pm – 10.00pm
• Nights – 10.00pm – 6.00am

These are fixed shifts that do not rotate. 

Job Overview

• Work to a planned delivery schedule when loading trailers
• Adhere to health and safety practices and procedures
• Ensure vehicles are loaded safely and securely
• Ensure all cages and chill boxes are scanned and accounted for in each delivery
• Participate in training and procedure briefs as and when required
• Other duties in accordance with role and within remit of skill bas

Minimum Criteria To Apply

• Hard working and reliable
• Able to work well under pressure and to tight timeframes
• Communicative level of written and spoken English 
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
