Job Introduction

As a CCTV Monitoring Administrator, in our Loss Prevention Team you will provide crucial support through administrative tasks, fact-finding, and reporting, helping our team ensure security across our stores.

In this role, you'll also manage phone calls, communicating with store managers, third-party contacts, and other stakeholders to provide clear updates, handle queries, and ensure smooth coordination of loss prevention activities.

Job Overview

  • Analyse CCTV footage and incident reports to assess and understand security incidents.
  • Conduct fact-finding activities and investigations to aid the Loss Prevention Team.
  • Liaise confidently with stores, management, and third-party contacts via phone and email, ensuring effective communication.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the team, including data collation and report generation.
  • Create and distribute internal posters and other communications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, following established procedures and adhering to security and health & safety standards.

Minimum Criteria To Apply

  • Proven administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A confident communicator with excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a busy, high-pressure environment.
