- £12.70 per hour (plus 19% NSA 10pm to 6am)
- 3 days on 3 days off
- Day shift - 6am to 6pm
- Night shift - 6pm to 6am
- Based in Huyton, Liverpool.
- 28 days paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 33 days upon 5 years' service

As a Warehouse Operative you will play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, working across different departments to ensure the efficient movement of goods through both automated and manual systems.
Job Overview
- Carrying out general warehouse duties inclusive of Fork lift and Clamp truck activities.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely, including completing pre-use checks.
- Loading and unloading trailers, checking deliveries, and ensuring stock is stored correctly.
- Following all health and safety procedures and promoting safe working practices.
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety training and company policies.
- Managing stock rotation, assisting with inventory checks, and reporting any damaged or missing stock.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
- Working safely around operational machinery in a busy warehouse setting.
- Reporting any safety concerns, equipment issues, or incidents to the leadership team.
- Supporting other areas of the warehouse as needed.
Minimum Criteria To Apply
- Reach Forklift Qualification
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience working across different departments within a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems and other computer-based systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in guiding and influencing key stakeholders where necessary
