- 37.5 hours per week, working any five days out of seven, with shifts scheduled between 5:00am and 10:00pm

Job Introduction
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Loss Prevention team as a Loss Prevention Team Leader!
As the Loss Prevention Team Leader, you will take day-to-day responsibility for supervising the Loss Prevention team and managing incident responses across the business. You will be the first point of contact for any security escalations and will work closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain a secure environment.
Job Overview
- Lead and support the Loss Prevention team, providing daily guidance and setting clear performance objectives
- Act as the primary contact for serious security incidents, ensuring swift and professional resolution
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to support team development and manage performance
- Oversee key security projects and contribute to their successful delivery
- Monitor surveillance systems, respond to live alarms, and assess potential risks
- Review incident and alarm reports, identify trends, and implement corrective measures
- Investigate internal theft risks using point of sale data and other sources
- Build effective relationships with police and external partners to support investigations
- Liaise with contractors to resolve faults with security systems in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for improvement and present practical solutions to management
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure accurate, timely reporting
Minimum Criteria To Apply
- Previous experience leading a team in a busy, fast-moving environment
- A good understanding of alarm systems and security monitoring tools
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in assessing and managing risk effectively
- The ability to motivate, support and inspire others in your team
