- Optimise visualisations for performance, accessibility, and multi-device compatibility
- Take ownership of the full design lifecycle, from wireframing to testing and release
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines, working alongside data engineers to ensure a seamless data flow
- Support agile delivery through sprint planning, estimation, and proactive communication of progress and risks
- Promote data literacy and visualisation best practice across the organisation
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards
- Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies, helping the team remain innovative and effective
- Contribute to platform administration tasks such as asset structuring, user access management, and performance tuning

- A proven ability to translate business challenges into visual and technical specifications
- Solid experience with SQL and building data models in modern cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git) and software development lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading testing strategies to ensure data reliability, visualisation stability, and zero-downtime releases
- A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership in delivering value from data
