  • Provide technical support to the Production team, offering accurate details for building layouts, complex calculations related to building structures, and guidance on construction materials.
  • Conduct site visits with team members as required, managing and organising CAD files efficiently to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Keep your Line Manager and key stakeholders informed on the progress of new and ongoing projects, while producing dimensioned design proposal drawings, including front elevation, side elevation(s), frame plan, and roof plan.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the Construction industry, ensuring compliance with current building regulations and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal systems and practices.
  • Maintain a clean and precise filing system on the server for all projects, managing applications for Building Regulations, Planning, and other related project requirements.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and perform other duties relevant to the role and within your skill set.

  • Demonstrated design skills and experience in preparing comprehensive drawing packages.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines, with a keen eye for detail, particularly when conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
