Job Introduction

We are looking for a Loss Prevention Assistant to join our Loss Prevention team. This is a varied role supporting the team to identify and reduce areas of risk and loss across the business through the review of CCTV, incident data and other information.

You will support a range of Loss Prevention activities, including reviewing reported incidents, gathering information, responding to requests from external authorities and assisting with internal investigations.

Job Overview

  • Review CCTV footage and incident data to identify potential risk or loss.
  • Support fact-finding exercises and internal investigations.
  • Respond to CCTV, Subject Access and information requests.
  • Liaise with the police and other external agencies.
  • Support the use of FaceWatch and other Loss Prevention technologies.
  • Create and maintain crime files and departmental records.
  • Support the Security Operations Centre with incoming calls.
  • Gather information to support departmental reporting and communications.

Minimum Criteria To Apply

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse information and act appropriately.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail.
