• £30,948 per annum plus £5,880 night shift premium where applicable

Job Introduction

Home Bargains is one of the UK's fastest growing and most exciting retailers with the opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader who is confident, keen, reliable with a hands on approach to work and will enjoy being part of the warehouse management of a fast paced Distribution Centre.

Day shift - alternating weekly shift pattern of 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm.

Night shift - fixed 10pm - 6am.

All shifts include weekend working.

Job Overview

• Ensure compliance of Company policies and procedures including Health and Safety
• Responsible for leading a team of Warehouse Operatives
• Monitor, contribute and motivate team members towards the achievement of KPIs

Minimum Criteria To Apply

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
• Have good people skills
• Understand the processes and procedures involved in a fast moving, time critical operation and the people issues that need to be addressed
• Work well under pressure and to tight time deadlines
